LIBNOVA will participate once again in the Digital Preservation Futures webinar series organized each year by the Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) to its members.
Tuesday 4th May – Digital Preservation Futures with LIBNOVA
On May 4th, at 16:00 CEST, LIBNOVA will showcase its state-of-the-art digital preservation platform and speak with DPC staff on a series of themes that represent the interests of DPC members and the digital preservation community.
These topics include the application of AI/Machine Learning to digital preservation, access, environmental sustainability, ethics, exit strategies, inclusion and accessibility, planning, and security.
In addition, attendees will be able to ask about their own challenges and concerns and LIBNOVA’s approach to finding the best solution for that.

Wednesday 26th May – ‘The Future of Storage’ Event
On May 26th, DPC Members and Supporters will be discussing the future hold for digital preservation storage in ‘The Future of Storage’ Event that will seek to identify requirements for emerging storage solutions.
This event will take place over two time zones to enable DPC Members and Supporters from around the world to attend. The first session will be at 00:00h CEST and the second one at 17:00h CEST, both on Wednesday, May 26th.

Wednesday 16th June – Connecting the Bits: DPC Unconference and Members’ Networking Event 2021
On June 16, DPC Members will be invited to participate in the annual planning event “Connecting the Bits”. At this event, the groundwork is laid for discussion and action for the coming year, based on their current work and emerging concerns.
